These terms of use govern access to and use of Join the Wild, a job board dedicated to the outdoor industry, by candidates and hiring companies.

Creating an account implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the service

Browsing job offers, company pages and the blog is free. Applying, posting jobs and accessing dashboards require an account.

The publisher strives to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance downtime may occur.

3. User account

Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep their credentials confidential. They are responsible for all activity on their account.

Users can delete their account at any time from their settings or by contacting the publisher.

4. Candidate obligations

Candidates guarantee the accuracy of their profile and resume and must not impersonate anyone.

By applying, candidates agree that their profile and documents are shared with the company concerned.

5. Company obligations

Companies guarantee that published offers correspond to real, open positions and comply with applicable law, in particular French Labour Code provisions on non-discrimination and mandatory job ad information.

Candidate data received through the platform may only be used for recruitment purposes and must be processed in compliance with the GDPR.

Paid services are governed by the pricing conditions shown on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

6. Prohibited content and moderation

Prohibited content includes unlawful, discriminatory or misleading content, fake job offers or offers charging candidates, and unsolicited commercial messages.

The publisher may remove any non-compliant content and suspend or delete the account concerned, without notice in case of serious breach.

7. Liability

Join the Wild connects candidates and companies and is not a party to any employment contract concluded. The publisher guarantees neither the outcome of an application nor the accuracy of information published by users.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

The publisher may amend these terms; users will be informed of any substantial change.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [COURT CITY], subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
